The British Shorthair is what we would describe of as being the type of cat that you might traditionaly think of, that is as being the old fashioned big teddybear type of cat with an endearing charm about them.

They have large round eyes, small roundish ears which enhance the roundness of their face and their sturdy, cobby frame and short legs gives the sense of strength and supremacy ...

this is enveloped in a rich dense short coat like plush velvet to touch - pure magic.

They are generally speaking easy to care for as their coat is short ...

But don't let this be an excuse for letting your British Shorthair groom itself.

Daily grooming is both beneficial and a pleasurable experience for your cat...

It clears the coat of loose hair, reducing the chance of them swallowing fur when grooming themselves and of course they love all the attention.

We do have kittens occasionally and it is always exciting to see what colours they will be ...

BUT PLEASE BE AWARE,  WE ARE DELIGHTED TO HAVE OUR  KITTENS JOIN THEIR NEW FAMILIES AS PETS, BUT IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR WAY TO  NEVER LET THEM GO FOR THE PURPOSE OF BREEDING.

WE HAVE SPENT TOO MANY YEARS  DEVOTED WITH LOVE AND CARE  DEDICATED TO ALL OUR  BRITISH SHORTHAIRS , TO SIMPLY GIVE THIS UP TO A STRANGER WHAT EVER THE PRICE.
